Two A-10C Warthogs assigned to the 57th Wing of Nellis Air Force Base crashed during a training exercise on Wednesday night at the Nevada Test and Training Range.
Nellis Air Force Base released a statement that said both pilots ejected safely and are being evaluated at a medical center on the base.
Officials said that the crash occurred around 8:00 p.m. local time, and the pilots were on a training mission at the time.
The cause of the crash is currently unknown. An investigation will take place.
