Iraqi aviation units can be seen in this YouTube video conducting strikes against some of the final ISIS fighters still in Mosul.
On July 9, the Iraqi Prime Minister arrived in Mosul to announce victory against ISIS in Mosul. The following day, an official declaration of victory was proclaimed.
Despite victory, some ISIS fighters are still in the city of Mosul, but are being driven out.
In this video, posted to Stahlgewitter Syrien’s channel, a small number of ISIS militants can be seen attempting to flee the city of Mosul via the Tigris River.
However, members of the Iraqi Aviation Unit conduct strikes against them, preventing their escape and potential regrouping after their defeat in Mosul.
