(VIDEO) US Special Forces-led Task Force Viper in close quarters combat during a raid

Viper is a U.S. Army Task Force composed of U.S. Army Air Cavalry, aviators, armored crewmen, and a special forces company. The task force carries out a variety of direct action missions including raids on insurgent compounds, weapons caches, and other targets of interest.

The Task Force is located in America and operates on Central Standard Time, but the operation and training times are set mostly in NATO allies local times as to integrate them into the action. Task Force Viper had a heavy presence in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. This video presents footage from a raid and close quarters combat in Iraq.
