Late night talk-show host Jimmy Kimmel created a parody commercial mocking United Airlines after a passenger was dragged off of a flight headed to Louisville from Chicago.
The commercial begins with a a woman dressed as a flight attendant saying, “We’re United Airlines. You do what we say when we say, and there won’t be a problem. Capiche?”
“Give us a problem, and we’ll drag your a** off the plane,” she adds. “And if you resist, we’ll beat you so badly you’ll be using your own face as a flotation device.”
After the incident was revealed to the public and video was released online, United Airlines has been facing a large deal of criticism.
The airline originally asked four passengers to volunteer to get off the flight so that United Airlines employees could take their place. When no one volunteered to get off, the airline decided to pick four passengers of their own choosing to get off the aircraft.
Refusing to give up his seat, Dr. David Dao was dragged off of the plane and during the process, was injured.
