On Tuesday, reports of an active shooter at a Houston hospital caused the facility to be placed on lockdown. Houston police responded to reports of “shots fired” at the Ben Taub hospital and the SWAT team was also activated. During a press conference the Houston police chief said no one was believed to be injured and there was no evidence of a shooting, though were were continuing to investigate.
