The most recent “Logan” trailer provides a little more insight on the character that is new to the Wolverine and X-Men franchise: X-23, the clone-daughter of Wolverine.
Very similar to Wolverine in that she has claws and a regenerative healing factor, she also has a volatile upbringing. When Wolverine and X-23 come together, he has to help save her from a group of militants and prevent her from becoming just like him – tortured by his past and wishing that he could change it.
He now has the opportunity to take X-23 down a different path.
The movie looks as action-packed as ever, but this time it won’t be just Wolverine doing the killing.
