When you need a little air support, the Apache Helicopter can definitely assist when called upon. These soldiers were taking fire from a building in Iraq and requested a hellfire missile be dropped on the enemy. Without hesitation the Apache delivered, but first missile was a dud. Thankfully, they come equipped with more than one.
The enemy didn’t stand a chance against this flying killing machine. Even though some survived the initial missile, the Apache’s radar picked up heat from the enemy trying to aid others wounded, and one more shot did the trick. This is just another example of how our military can drop massive amounts of freedom from the ground, air, or in the ocean at a moments notice.
