Check out this fantastic video of an Army National Guard captain returning home from deployment to surprise his family when they were visiting Santa.
Army Capt. Len Cowitch, who has been deployed since January 7th, has only seen his wife and his 7-year-old daughter once since he left. While his daughter is taking her time talking with Santa Claus, Santa Claus points to the door and tells her to open it.
Unknown to her, her father is eagerly standing behind the door waiting for her to open it. This surprise reunion makes for one of the greatest Christmas gifts a child can receive for the Holidays. It’s also proof that Santa isn’t the only one that can bring joy to children for Christmas.
