On June 4, 2015, a Su-34 had an accident in Russia’s Voronezh region while conducting a routine training mission. The airplane’s parachute failed to open after landing and the Su-34 slid off the runway and flipped over.
The video shows cockpit footage of the accident and the two pilots struggling to maintain control of the Su-34 as it slides down the runway. Right as the aircraft reaches the end of the strip, the Russian version of the “Bitchin Betty”(slang term for voices used by some aircraft warning systems) comes over the aircrafts’ loudspeaker letting them know that there is an issue.
Nobody was killed in the crash.
