The FBI’s Clinton Foundation probe has produced an “avalanche of evidence” likely to result in indictments, according to a Fox News report released Wednesday night. It is believed that five foreign hackers accessed classified and sensitive information by compromising Clinton’s private email server.
Fox News anchor Bret Baier reported that “barring obstruction they’d likely continue 2 push to try for an indictment.” via a tweet published on November 2. He states that two sources have come forward confirming intent to indict.
Baier said the FBI probe has been ongoing for over a year. They have been investigating the pay-to-play charges at the Clinton foundation via the bureau’s white collar crime division and that the case is “very high priority.”
During the report he revealed that the Clinton Foundation probe is far more expansive than previously thought and that they are likely to continue. Laptops belonging to Clinton aides Cherryl Mills and Heather Samuelson have not been destroyed as previously thought. The FBI has the computers in their possession and are combing through them for further evidence.
