Donald Trump’s latest ad “Dangerous” makes the argument that Hillary Clinton does not have the “fortitude, strength or stamina” to lead the United States.
The ad, which focuses on Hillary Clinton’s health issues, starts out by saying, “Our next president faces daunting challenges in a dangerous world. Iran promoting terrorism, North Korea threatening, ISIS on the rise, Libya and North Africa in chaos.”
The ad then shows clips of Hillary Clinton coughing while giving a speech and her stumbling as she gets into a car after a September 11 memorial event earlier this year.
“Hillary Clinton doesn’t have the fortitude, strength or stamina to lead in our world,” the narrator says. “She failed as Secretary of State. Don’t let her fail us again.”
The Trump campaign has made the argument in the past that Clinton is too weak to become president and that her health is a major concern.
The text at the conclusion of the ad says, “Donald Trump will protect you. He is the only one who can.”
The Trump campaign intends to air this ad nationally.
The ad “highlights Hillary Clinton’s numerous foreign policy failures and support for policies that have fueled the rise of dangerous regimes and created a power vacuum that has allowed for the rise of ISIS,” the Trump campaign said. “This ad will air nationally and will be heavily rotated into battleground states.”
