Amid the chaos that erupted in Charlotte, North Carolina, protesters attempted to throw a photographer into a fire.
WCCB said in a tweet that protesters attempted to burn a still photographer.
On Wednesday night, protesters were turning over trashcans and setting the contents inside of them on fire.
In the video, a white man holding a camera can be seen lying on the ground struggling to get up with several protesters surrounding him. The police notice that there is a problem and rush over to help him up and get him away from the rest of the protesters that are near a fire in the middle of the street.

The governor of North Carolina also called a state of emergency and called in the National Guard and Highway patrol to calm the situation.
