Surveillance footage at an Atlanta gas station captures the moment a dramatic shootout occurs between two men outside a Texaco gas station around 8:30 pm on Sunday night.
Police are currently investigating the shootout, but surveillance footage shows a man threatening a person outside of the gas station. The person goes into their car and pulls out what appears to be an AK-47 pistol (not the rifle – notice there’s no buttstock and has a shortened barrel). The man threatening the person who grabbed the pistol then tries to get out of the way and gets down down on the ground and pulls out a concealed pistol.
He then runs around to the front side of the car and shoots at the person holding the AK pistol. The bullets hit the windshield of the car and the woman sitting in the passenger seat of the car gets hit in the arm by one of the bullets.
The person carrying the AK pistol then fires back at the man who shot at him. According to police, neither shooter was injured, but the woman sitting in the passenger seat of the car had to be taken to Atlanta Medical Center where she is now in stable condition.
No arrests have been made.
