Russia Builds World’s Largest Motorized Troop Brigade To Try To Keep The U.S. Military Out In An Eventual Confrontation
For decades, Russia has been the natural and logical adversary of the United States. Once an unlikely ally during World War II, Russia’s ideological turn at the beginning of the 20th century positioned it in a straight-on collision course against the emerging power of the New World. Diametrically opposing positions in politics and economics put the briefly allied countries at each other’s throats while leaving the rest of the world fearing the advent of the third world war.
After the decline and disintegration of the old Soviet empire, Russia stroke an new uneasy pact with their once old adversary. But it wasn’t meant to last. Not by a long shot. Fast forward 20 years after the collapse of the old U.S.S.R., Russia is again aiming for the old glories by putting all it has on the military front. Even as its economy falters and seems on the verge, once again, of calamity. Nonetheless, the contemporary Russian regime is building up its military, with furious recruiting and investment in military weapons. Here we can see a glimpse of those efforts to build, what many including themselves believe to be, the world’s largest motorized troop brigade, able to withstand and withhold the might of the U.S. military. Good luck with that.
