Check out this cool video of these Iraqi forces dismantling an armored ISIS car bomb.

This car bomb was captured in Al Anbar and was built with steel plates made in Ukraine. The steel is used as armor to make it more difficult for opposing forces to take it down before it reaches its target.
These armored car bombs are being used as suicide attacks on protected targets and are called “armored vehicle-borne improvised explosive devices” (AVBIEDs).
This type of armor is extremely difficult to stop and seemingly the only way to stop it is to either blow it up or take out the wheels so that the vehicle is no longer operable.
These armored vehicles have been more common in use in both Iraq and Syria since 2013.
