Normally, soldiers would seek and stay covered while under incoming enemy fire. While holding a defensive posture, troops must exercise discipline to avoid the possibility of additional chaos and confusion to the normal fog of war.

These must be done, unless of course you are part of an undisciplined bunch who’s more concerned with having fun and perhaps achieving YouTube recognition. Like in this video, where Ukrainian soldiers being bombarded by Russian separatist artillery fire, play around with shrapnel for the camera. Smoking and joking, my old drill instructors would call it.
