During an altercation at a Circle K convenience store in Orlando, Florida early Monday morning, armed criminal Delvin Jamar Broner pulled a gun on 29-year-old Titus Bernard.

WFTV reports that the situation was instigated by Broner and the argument soon became heated enough that he pulled a gun on Bernard. Reacting towards the armed felon, Bernard, a concealed carry permit holder, pulled out his own weapon and in self-defense, fired several rounds at Broner.
After the incident police said that Broner “died on the floor of business.” Witnesses verified Bernard’s story he gave to the police.
