ISIS is out in full force celebrating the terrorist attacks in Brussels that killed 31 people. Now they are out with a new 9 minute video gloating and even featuring audio by Donald Trump.

The goal of the video is simple: to warp more people into becoming ISIS recruits and taking the focus off their massive loses in Syria and Iraq.
The Trump quote was a part of a montage of American and European talking heads discussing how bad the situation in Brussels is. The Trump quote was:
Brussels was one of the great cities, one of the most beautiful cities of the world 20 years ago, and it was amazing actually and safe, and now it’s a horror show, it’s an absolute horror show.
