As the number one ally of the United States of America, British forces see plenty of action everywhere. After 30 years on the European continent, and 75 years in tanks, the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards (SCOTS DG) have just completed their first live firing exercise back on UK soil.

The SCOTS DG moved from Germany to Scotland last year under the British Army’s re-basing program. Now the lead Light Cavalry Battlegroup, the Dragoon Guards remain on high readiness to deploy overseas should it be required. Whilst global conflict remains volatile, ensuring that they know how to operate their vehicles and weapons with confidence and accuracy is paramount to be effective when it really counts. We can’t argue against that.
