The Middle East is one of the most volatile regions in the planet. Given this reality, military-to-military relationships, leading to enhanced security and stability in the region are of the utmost importance.
Looking to do just that, U.S. Marines and Sailors assigned to Company L, Battalion Landing Team 3/2, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), conduct squad assault exercises while training in Al Quweira, Jordan, during Exercise Eager Lion 2013. Exercise Eager Lion is an annual multinational exercise designed strengthen these ties and project the forward-deployed power of the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility. Truly badass.
