According to a new report, about two weeks ago a British special forces sniper took out an ISIS executioner in the middle of a lesson on how to decapitate prisoners.
The incident is said to have occurred in northern Syria by a sniper in a unit of 8 other SAS troops armed with sniper rifles, rocket launchers and machine guns, while 12 additional troops waited nearby in armored vehicles.
The intelligence from MI6 stated that an ISIS training camp was located in a tiny village next to a school. The sniper took aim from 1,200 meters away when he locked on his target.
According to a source that spoke to the Daily Express:
“The SAS sniper was using a Dan.338 equipped with a suppressor which reduces the sound and eliminates any flash from the barrel. He had to aim off by more than a foot. One minute he was standing there and the next his head had exploded.”
The location of the kill was very remote and unable to be hit by air attacks.
