A kidnapper has taken a victim hostage outside what appears to be a strip mall when police arrive and surround the man.

It’s unclear if the hostage is being held at gunpoint, knifepoint or simply in a hold but the police quickly draw their guns and take position so it’s safe to assume a weapon was in use.
Thats when the officer with his back to the camera makes one of the most epic head shots you’ll see.
