In a video message posted to YouTube, one of the last of the remaining five Oregon militiamen at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge gave his one demand if the FBI wants him to leave.

The man behind the camera speaking is said to be David Fry and in the video he says that he will leave only if he can be assured that none of the men are arrested.
He also mentions that 4 of the 5 men have been told by authorities that they can leave the Refuge.
The Oregon standoff has been at a crossroads since the situation turned bloody this week and included the arrest of their founder Ammon Bundy. It’s clear the members of the militia think they are next.
