ISIS has released a new video called “Paris Has Collapsed” which features the Paris attacker’s final words of hate for France and the world.

The video features attackers Bilal Hadfi and Abu Qital al-Faransi, both of whom killed themselves in the November attack.
Clips of the UK Parliament were also showed while the message was read that:
“Whoever stands in the ranks of Kufr (non-believers) will be a target for our swords and will fall in humiliation.”
