In a group of tweets sent by RBSS (Raqqa is Being Slaughtered Silently), a group of incredibly brave activists inside of Raqqa, Syria have shot down the trending belief that innocent civilians are being killed as a result of France’s air strikes against ISIS. Additionally, they promise to publish civilian casualties if they do occur.
