Yesterday, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton testified before a Congressional Committee on the attacks in Benghazi, Libya and the events that took place before, during and after the attacks.
One very startling back and forth occurred between Rep. Susan Brooks (R-IN) and Clinton regarding an email in which Ambassador Stevens requests purchasing barricades from the British consulate in Benghazi to use at their own.
The reason was because the British were closing down their consulate in the city due to the risks and Stevens sought more fortification. A request that went un-fulfilled and one which Sec. Clinton thought was a joke.
Take a look:
Does Rep. Brooks have a point or is she fishing for a scandal that isn’t there? Tell us in the comments below!
