Officer Michael Holsworth was stopping by an Olive Garden in Independence, MO to celebrate his birthday with a lunch with his family.
Holsworth arrived early and while he was waiting for his family to arrive, an employee told him that the restaurant does not allow guns.

Being in full uniform, Holsworth thought she was joking and said: “Well, I can leave, I guess.”
To which the employee said “Yes, please do.”
Holsworth was admittedly embarrassed, kicked out of the Olive Garden in full uniform. He then took to Facebook to share his story.
The President of Olive Garden called Holsworth to apologize for the situation.
