In a new disturbing video from ISIS, a child no older than 11 taunts President Obama with threats of beheading.
The child is wearing military fatigues, carrying an RPG, and holding his finger in the air to symbolize solidarity with ISIS. While the video isn’t readily available online, reports of what was said are rampant.

“Wake up from your sleep and pay the jiz’ yah (religious tax) in submission before the swords of the khalifah (caliphate) reach you and cut your filthy head.” shouts the young boy.
He goes on to call Obama a “dog of Rome,” meaning a servant to the Vatican – most likely a reference to Pope Francis’ recent trip to the U.S.
The boy continues to say that the president would be foolish to send troops into ISIS controlled territory.

A child jihadi armed with a rocket-propelled grenade has threatened to behead ‘Dog of Rome Obama’ in a chilling new video released by ISIS.
The boy, who is only about ten-years-old, tells US President Barack Obama he is ‘dreaming’ if he thinks American soldiers will enter the large swathes of land the terror group controls.
With one finger pointed to the sky – a hand signal which has become synonymous with ISIS – he warns: ‘Wake up from your sleep and pay the jiz’ yah (religious tax) in submission before the swords of the khalifah (caliphate) reach you and cut your filthy head.’
