Spencer Stone, one of the heroes that stopped a terrorist attack on a French train has been stabbed multiple times in the torso outside of a popular stretch of bars in Sacramento, California.
The statement from police read:
“It is believed that the victim was out with a group of friends when a physical altercation led to the victim being stabbed.”

The incident was believed to have happened around 12:25am and Airman First Class stone is currently in stable condition.
Stone tackled the attacker and sustained multiple injuries as he subdued the man. Fellow train hero took to Twitter to wish his brother well:

Spencer Stone, one of three Americans who helped foil a terror attack on a French train in August, was stabbed in Sacramento on Wednesday night, the U.S. Air Force confirmed to NBC News.
Airman First Class Stone was in stable condition on Thursday, an Air Force spokesperson said.
“He is alive and in stable condition at this time,” the spokesperson said. “We do not have any information as to the events preceding the incident.”
