For 35 years, the two in the photo – George Mendosa and Greta Friedman – went unknown, until Life Magazine unraveled the mystery in 1980.
Now, 70 years after the day the photo was unknowingly took, the two reunited in Times Square to talk about it…Some of the details are hilarious!
