Last month 17 year old Ali Shukri Amin was sentenced to 11 years in prison for using an ISIS Twitter account to recruit Americans to join the terror group and coach them on how to send money via bitcoin to fund the group.

This comes just a short time after the FBI has admitted that ISIS is present in all 50 states. Which is why Assistant Attorney General Carlin’s statement is even more concerning. Here is a bit of it:
“ISIL continues to use social media to send their violent and hateful message around the world in an attempt to radicalize, recruit and incite youth and others to support their cause, more and more, their propaganda is seeping into our communities and reaching those who are most vulnerable.”
