A Ukrainian Mi-17 Hip helicopter flying near the central Ukranian town of Dnipropetrovsk buzzed a freeway at low-altitude and nearly hit a car!
These helicopters operate at low-altitude on purpose to avoid getting hit by anti-aircraft MANPADS (Man Portable Air Defense Systems).
