This spring, when their son’s identity was discovered, the parents quickly condemned him and went into hiding. At that time, the City of Westminster was still paying for them to live in a £600,000 apartment.
How a family harboring one of the must ruthless killers in the world could milk the British taxpayers of so much is truly mind boggling.
