A Trump spokesperson recently backed up Donald Trump’s statement that Hillary Clinton wants to abolish the Second Amendment by saying “gun control essentially is abolishing the second amendment.”

Katrina Pierson, a spokeswoman for Trump joined Wolf Blitzer on CNN to back up Trump’s stance on second amendment rights.
“Everybody wants some form of gun control,” Blitzer said. Blitzer then backs up Hillary Clinton by saying that she never mentioned abolishing the Second Amendment and even the NRA wants some form of gun control.
“Gun control essentially is abolishing the Second Amendment,” Pierson replied. She added that Clinton “wants to stop law-abiding citizens from owning guns, except those that protect her and her family.”
