ALCOAST 085/19 – MAR 2019 2018 COAST GUARD ENLISTED PERSONS OF THE YEAR SELECTION

This ALCOAST is to announce the selection of BM3 Jakob R. Blass of Coast Guard Station Port Canaveral as the 2018 Enlisted Person of the Year – Active Duty Component and BM2 Michael A. Gould of Coast Guard Port Security Unit 311 as the 2018 Enlisted Person of the Year – Reserve Component.

ALCOAST 081/19 – MAR 2019 FY19 CHILD CARE SUBSIDY PROGRAM (CCSP) CHANGE NOTIFICATION SITREP 1
The USDA has stopped accepting new applications, reapplications, provider changes and re-certifications, but child care provider invoices will continue to be paid during this time. All child care invoices must be received by USDA no later than 12 April 2019.

ALCOAST 084/19 – MAR 2019 2019 LEAGUE OF UNITED LATIN AMERICAN CITIZENS (LULAC) EXCELLENCE IN PUBLIC SERVICE AWARD
This ALCOAST solicits nominations for the 2019 LULAC Excellence in Public Service Award. The award recognizes excellence by individuals or teams in the advancement of diversity, education, economics and health in communities with large underrepresented populations. The LULAC award is open to Coast Guard military members and civilian employees.
