A Florida man faces a fine of $1000 for hanging a Wounded Warrior flag on his house. If Thomas Bagnoli doesn’t pay the fine, the homeowners association could put a lien on his house.
Bagnoli has flown the flag beneath the American flag for over a year. The homeowners association allows the American flag, POW and U.S. Armed Services flags to be flown, but not the Wounded Warrior flag. The homeowners association has a penalty of $100 fine per day with a maximum charge of $1000.
