A group of Marines had a cool experience this week when they tourd the state-of-the-art workout facility of the Denver Broncos. They got tips on how to stay fit and in shape from professionals who work with the highest caliber athletes every day.
ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Colorado Marines took a page out of Denver Broncos strength and conditioning coaches’ playbooks by learning fitness tips and techniques during a tour of the Broncos training facility June 7 in Englewood.
During the tour, the 12 Marines from Company B, Intelligence Support Battalion at Buckley Air Force Base, Colo. were shown the state-of-the-art exercise equipment used by the Broncos. They were given tips to improve overall health, physical fitness and exercise techniques.
The Buckley Marines plan to incorporate these tips into daily physical training sessions.
