The alleged flag thrower also shouted “Trump is treason” several times.

He can also be heard saying: “Why are you talking about tax cuts when you should be talking about treason?”

“Why is Congress talking about tax cuts when they should be talking about treason,” the man went on.

At this point, he was surrounded by people, most likely security and Secret Service agents.

“The President conspired with agents of the Russian government to steal an election. We should be talking about treason in Congress, not tax cuts,” he says.

The man then apparently falls or is put on the floor before he was likely escorted out of the building.

It was reported on Twitter that a protestor threw the flags like confetti.

There are ongoing investigations as to whether or not Russia hacked the 2016 Presidential election, and what ties the Trump Administration might have allegedly had to Russian officials before Trump was sworn into office.

And tax cuts are also a hot topic as of late, as the President continues to pitch his plan to lawmakers. House Republican leaders say a tax bill draft is coming “within days.”
