“4 MILLION Ineligible & Dead Voters On America Voter Rolls” Says Election Lawyer

October 18, 2016

During an interview Tuesday morning on Fox and Friends, Elections lawyer and expert J. Christian Adams told host Steve Doocy that there are now “4 million ineligible and dead voters on America voter rolls” and the Obama Administration is not doing anything about it.

“You have handled some dead people voting cases in the past, haven’t ya?” Doocy asked.

“Yeah, I filed six in just the past year,” Adams said. He said he has had cases in Pennsylvania, Florida, and other places where “the voter rolls are corrupted.”

“We had one case where in Texas there was somebody on the voter rolls who died in 1944,” he said, “dead people are voting.”

Adams weighed in on why he thought the Obama Administration isn’t doing anything about it.

“Well they must like it,” he answered, “they must like who they’re voting for.”

“When I was at the Justice Department in the Bush Administration we enforced a law called ‘motor voter’ that forced states and local election officials to clean up their voter rolls of dead people,” adding that it was shut down during the Obama Administration because “these people are opposed to cleaning the voter rolls.”

“Why is that?” Adams rhetorically asked. “Well now we have four million, four million Steve, ineligible and dead voters on American voter rolls,” he said.

“That’s too many and it’s gonna effect the election.”

Doocy mixed up his numbers and replied, “two million, that’s a big number.”

Adams said “four” and held up four fingers.

The election expert continued by saying those that don’t have to worry about voter corruption are “wrong.”

“They’re covering up criminal activity,” he said, adding that groups are intervening in his lawsuits to keep him from cleaning up voter rolls because “they like it the way it is.”

“The Obama Administration is not prosecuting voter fraud,” Adams said.
