The attacks on September 11, 2001 is seared into the memory of all of Americans, especially for New Yorkers that were there at the time of the attack in the heart of New York City. Two hijacked planes hit into both towers at the World Trade Center on the morning of September 11.
In the video, several New Yorkers are interviewed about their experience 15 years earlier when the Twin Towers were struck. These people include a firefighter that was at the scene when the Twin Towers had come down. One woman was in the building at the time that the buildings were hit. More people interviewed were simply near the site of the Twin Towers when they were hit and were coming down.
This is only a small sample size of the people that were at the site of the attacks, but many New Yorkers and Americans in general were affected.
