In the video the sailors salute the United States by going into a formation that spells out “#USA”.
The USS Theodor Roosevelt is the fourth Nimitz-class aircraft carrier named in honor of the 26th president of the United States. It’s radio call sign is Rough Rider, which was the name of Theodore Roosevelt’s cavalry unit during the Spanish-American War. The carrier was launched in 1984 and first used in action in 1991 during Operation Desert Storm.
