ISIS Terrorist Recruiter Arrested in Germany “Refugee” Center
German news station RTL is reporting on the first confirmed arrest of an ISIS terrorist recruiter posing as a refugee in Stuttgart, Germany.

The Prosecutor General’s Office of Stuttgart and the state police say that the 21-year-old Moroccan was under investigation for terrorism. According to the investigators, the suspect was filing for refugee status in the district of Ludwigsburg.
The man was being sought with a European arrest warrant issued by Spanish authorities. He is accused of recruiting fighters for ISIS. In Spain, he acted as a contact person for fighters who wanted to travel to Syria or Iraq to join up with ISIS.
On social media he had threatened terrorist attacks against Spain. He also participated in creating and spreading ISIS propaganda videos.
