American Airlines denied Captain Jason Haag, a Marine who served in Afghanistan and Iraq, and his dog Axel entry onto his flight home to Virginia because he was with his service dog.
What’s more unfortunate is that the pair was headed home from being awarded Service Dog of the Year in Los Angeles!
