There is something intrinsically funny hearing a President curse. A job so steeped in diplomacy and rhetoric is also one not suited for harsh language.
However when JFK’s tapes were released a few years back there were some gems of phone calls in which the President curses like a sailor! From serious matters of foreign affairs to fury over a loss by his hometown hockey team the Boston Bruins, President Kennedy let it rip on the phone to his closest advisors and friends.

In this instance, pictures leaked to the press of an airman posing next to expensive furniture in the maternity suite of Otis Air Force base on Cape Cod that the President had delivered ahead of his wife arriving the deliver their baby.
This infuriated the President called Assistant Defense Secretary Arthur Sylvester to ask how in the hell the officers at Otis allowed this to happen and to dismiss those responsible!
