CID Says Fort Hood Deaths Likely A Murder-Suicide
On Tuesday, a man and two children were found dead inside an on-post house at Fort Hood, Texas. Officials say it is believed that they were killed in a murder-suicide.

The Army Times reported, “Special agents from U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command continue to investigate the deaths, but “early indications are the deaths are possibly the result of a tragic murder-suicide involving the husband and the two children,” according to a statement from CID.”
“The man, who was 43, was married to a soldier who had recently returned from an overseas deployment, according to CID. The two children were the couple’s daughters; they were nine and four years old, according to CID.”
The investigation is still ongoing and a final determination in the case is still pending at this time. CID did not release the names of the deceased found on Tuesday or the soldier stationed at Fort Hood.
